17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

20 My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all times.

21 Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.

22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.

23 Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.

24 Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.  (KJV)

Our Father,

Open our eyes that we may see the wondrous things you have for us in your Word. We are but strangers on this earth since we are really members of your family and Kingdom through your Son Jesus.

Your Holy Spirit is our delight; daily showing us the path for us to travel on. Please, through your Spirit cause us to remember the testimony of your Word; the very passages we need every day to fulfill what you have called us to become.

Let your Kingdom come down in our midst and let your will be done in our lives; bring revival once more to your church and to this nation. Let us take your Word and testimony to the nations, every people and tongue, and prepare us to become more fully the body of Christ while there is yet day.

Let us fulfill our destiny and become part of that glorious coming of your Son Jesus in the clouds. We are looking forward to that day when your Kingdom becomes a complete reality on the earth as it is in Heaven; when there will no longer be sickness or hunger. When all of the chains shall be broken and justice will reign in every nation with your Son Jesus ruling in our midst.

In Jesus name, Amen.
