Read the Psalm in your favorite version or in the following KJV and then join us in praying below:

129 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say:

2 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me.

3 The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.

4 The Lord is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

5 Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.

6 Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:

7 Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.

8 Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the Lord be upon you: we bless you in the name of the Lord.  (KJV)

Our Father,

We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the nation of Israel. So many nations surrounding her are hoping for her fall and some are planning for her actual destruction and the complete ruination of her people.

Let all who hate Zion be put to shame and let their plans be frustrated. Meanwhile, let all of your prophesies concerning that nation and people be fulfilled. Prepare that nation and prepare her people to finally receive the truth about her Messiah, Jesus your Son.

Let revival sweep through the Jewish and Palestinian communities as never before. Let your Word be confirmed in their midst with signs and wonders, healing and  miracles. Let Your blessing, Lord, be upon them and upon all those who support Israel.

Let America and her leaders be among those who always support the nation of Israel and the peace of Jerusalem; for you have proclaimed in your Word that you will bless those who bless them and curse those who come against them.

We want our own land and people to continue to receive your blessings; so we continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and Israel but we also continue to pray for revival in that nation.

We also pray for revival and a new awakening in our own nation from sea to shining sea.

In Jesus name, Amen.
