Join us in today’s devotion and prayer-
Read the Psalm in your favorite version or in the following KJV and then join us in praying below:
125 They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.
3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
4 Do good, O Lord, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.
5 As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the Lord shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel. (KJV)
Our Father,
May your peace and grace continue to cover America. We cry unto you for our nation which is slipping away and turning aside from your teachings and your Word. You have surrounded us with your protection in the past and this country prospered and became one of the leading nations in the world.
But now wickedness is rising up and that which is called good in your Word is now distained by many and what you have said is wicked is now being condoned and even approved by our culture and many of our political leaders and judges.
Can your judgment be far from us? We cry out for Revival and a new awakening instead.
Let your church come alive once more in America; let the supernatural become natural in the midst of your people. Let America see and experience the healings and miracles of the Bible; let your Kingdom come down in our churches, schools, and on the main streets all across this country. Let your Word be confirmed with signs and wonders in this generation.
Let your will be done in this nation, and let this nation turn back to you and your Word while there is yet day.
In Jesus name, Amen.
