A Psalm of David
101 I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O Lord, will I sing.
2 I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
4 A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.
5 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbor, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.
6 Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
7 He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
8 I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the Lord. (KJV)
Our Father,
We sing of your steadfast love and justice O Lord and we will continue praising your name and the name of your Son Jesus.
Let your Holy Spirit counsel us and help us to be faithful to your Word and teachings. May a haughty and arrogant attitude be far from all believers in your Son and let deceit and lies never proceed from these tongues that are lifting you up in praise. Let us demonstrate your integrity and love to all we come in contact with daily.
Let us walk only in the truth and seek only that which endures forever in your Kingdom. Let your Kingdom come down in our midst and let your will be done in us as it is in Heaven. Bring forth your purposes in our lives and rise up your church to meet the challenges of the hour. Prepare your servants to take your Word and message to the nations with signs following to demonstrate your power and truth.
Let the great harvest continue in every country, tongue, and people until all the earth is filled with a knowledge of your Son Jesus and your Kingdom which is coming soon. Let all the believers rejoice and let the songs of praise be sung in every tongue before that great and marvelous day when He appears in the clouds with all believers.
