Proverbs 3:13-20
13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
16 Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honor.
17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.
19 The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
20 By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew. (KJV)
Our Father,
Thank you for blessing us with your wisdom and understanding through your Holy Spirit which guides us daily.
You guide us on the paths that bring peace, happiness, joy, and long life. There is nothing more precious in this life and in this world than your guidance and wisdom. The best philosophies of men do not compare.
The only thing better is the opportunity to be closer to you and your Son Jesus. Nothing in this world could pay for the grace and mercy you have extended to us through the sacrifice of your Son Jesus.
There is no way that we can pay you back for adopting us into your family. Everything we are and have is already yours. We can only praise your name and worship you forever.
We will always be thankful for your gifts in this life and in the life to come.
