Proverbs 2:9-15
9 Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.
10 When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul;
11 Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:
12 To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things;
13 Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;
14 Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked;
15 Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths: (KJV)
Our Father,
We thank You for Your Word and teaching; which gives us wisdom and knowledge in order to divide what is right, just, and fair from the ways of the evil one.
Thanks for giving us Your Holy Spirit to guide and protect us from the plans of of the devil and his followers.
You have shone us the straight paths to walk in and the pleasant places to dwell in; which bring us blessings in this life and the life to come.
Let us rejoice only in Your ways and let us live in Your light and clearly see, discern, and reject the ways of darkness.
Let Your Kingdom come in our midst and let Your will be done in our lives.
